Data we process

Account data: username, email, hashed password.
Billing and payout data: details strictly needed to process payments via Stripe (e.g. payment IDs, payment method tokens), billing address and tax ID when required.
Transaction data: purchase history, downloads, and wallet movements.
Technical data: IP address, access logs, essential cookies and analytics metrics.
User-uploaded content: models, descriptions, images, and related metadata.

Info on fees and taxes: each purchase includes a 10% platform fee to sustain the service. Payments are processed via Stripe, which securely handles card and wallet methods and charges its own processing fees added to the total. VAT (21%) applies only to the platform fee and is declared by the platform. The buyer pays: model price + platform fee + Stripe fee + VAT on the platform fee. This breakdown appears on purchase and sales receipts.

Purposes and legal basis

Manage user registration and access (performance of the service contract).
Process purchases, downloads, and payouts to creators (contract performance and legal obligations).
Handle support requests or incidents (legitimate interest and legal compliance).
Maintain security and prevent abuse or violations (legitimate interest).
Send service-related communications. For marketing newsletters we will request specific consent.

Sharing and processors

We do not sell, rent, or transfer personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. We only share what is necessary with suppliers acting as processors (hosting, email services, payment gateways, analytics tools) under GDPR-compliant agreements.

Payment processing and payouts (Stripe Connect)

Charges and seller payouts are handled via Stripe Connect. Stripe acts as processor to process payments, prevent fraud, and send payouts to the seller’s IBAN. We share only what is needed: amounts, currency, order ID, email, and for sellers the KYC/IBAN data required by regulation. ModelsJYR3D does not custody third-party funds and does not store full card numbers.

Sellers must complete Stripe onboarding (KYC) to get paid. Payouts are sent automatically by Stripe; we do not perform manual transfers outside Stripe’s regulated flow.

International transfers

If any provider (e.g. Stripe) is outside the EEA or uses global infrastructure, we ensure it offers adequate safeguards (EU adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses). You may request an updated list of these providers.

Retention periods

Data is kept while the user relationship exists or as needed for the purposes described. After that, it is locked for legal periods (e.g. 6 years for accounting/tax records) before deletion.

User rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability, and restriction at any time. You may also withdraw consent. Send a request to modelsjyr3d@gmail.com with a copy of your ID.

If you believe we have not addressed your request correctly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Authority (www.aepd.es).

Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data: password hashing, access controls, incident monitoring, and secure connections (HTTPS). No system is fully invulnerable; in case of a breach we will notify as required.
